30-Day Return Policy

At Pars Essentials, we want you to love your purchase! If you're not satisfied, you can return most items within 30 days of receiving them. Just make sure the item is in its original condition and packaging.

Order Cancellations

• You can cancel your order only if it’s still being processed.
• Once it's packed or shipped, cancellations won’t be possible, but you can return the item under our 30-day return policy.
• To cancel, submit a Cancellation Request (requests via email won’t be accepted).

How to Request a Return

1. Go to our Return Request Page.
2. Fill out and submit the return form.
3. Make sure your item meets the return conditions below.

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, we’ll arrange a pick-up or cover return shipping.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

✅ The item must have been purchased from Pars Essentials.
✅ You must submit a return request within 30 days of receiving the item.
✅ The return must be approved by us before sending it back.
✅ The item must be unused, in its original condition, and include all tags, packaging, and accessories.
✅ The return must arrive at our warehouse within 14 days of approval.

🚫 Exclusions: We cannot accept returns for:

• Used or damaged items not caused by shipping.

Important Return Notes

• Use a trackable shipping service to avoid any issues.
• Customers are responsible for the item during transit—we're not liable for lost or damaged returns.
• If the return does not meet our conditions, the customer must pay for return shipping to get the item back.

Refund Process

• Refunds are processed within 2 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
• We’ll notify you by email once the refund is processed.

When You Qualify for a Full Refund or Replacement

✔️ Your return request was approved and submitted within 30 days.
✔️ The item is returned in its original condition, with all packaging and accessories.

Other Important Notes

• Please handle items with care before returning them.
• We reserve the right to refuse returns for mishandled or damaged items.
• We recommend insured postage for safe returns, as we’re not responsible for lost or damaged shipments.

Missing Items or Accessories?

If your order is missing any items, please contact us, and we’ll send the missing pieces after confirming with the courier.
